Coronavirus Guidelines for Users

All cupboards and drawers will be kept locked and will be out of use. This is to counter the use of crockery and cutlery.

Hirers of the Meeting House and/or Annex need to supply their own hand sanitizer.

Masks must be worn at all times inside the building, except for those who are medically exempt.

In line with NHS guidelines, a record of those coming to your hire must be kept for Track and Trace purposes for 21 days. These records must be kept in line with GDPR and kept under lock and key and then destroyed. More information can be found at: https://gov.wales/keeping-records-staff-customers-and-visitors-test-trace-protect

You are asked to leave, at least, one chair between yourself and other users unless you are of the same family.

Although it is preferable that those attending your meeting bring in their own refreshments for personal use only, you may supply tea and coffee but, as crockery and cutlery are not available, you will need to supply your own single use cups and cutlery which must be taken away, and disposed of, by you, at home.

Anything bought on to the premises must be taken away with you and disposed of at home.

At the end of your meeting, you are asked to clean down any surfaces, door handles, tables, etc you, or anyone in your group, touched or used by washing them down with hot, soapy water. Cloths kept under the sink in the kitchen can be used and then disposed of immediately after use. As soon as this is done, you must leave the premises immediately.

The Library and John ap John Room are out of use unless cleared with the Lettings Clerk.

The car park is in use as usual, however, you are asked to remember to observe social distancing requirements.

If You Develop Symptoms

If you find yourself developing the symptoms of Coronavirus (new continuous cough; high temperature; loss of or change to your normal sense of smell or taste (anosmia)) you must self-isolate immediately and inform the person in charge by phone or email who can then inform others who attended with you. You should also book a test either online at: https://www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test or by phoning 119. You must arrange for the test within five days of showing symptoms.
